Gyeonggi-do Taekwondo Association is a city and provincial branch of the Korea Taekwondo Association. The early Gyeonggi-do Athletic Association was established in June 1962 and has been in charge of Taekwondo for 20 years in Incheon. On July 25, 1981, Incheon City was separated from Gyeonggi Province into metropolitan cities, and on August 1, 1981, the Gyeonggi Taekwondo Association was newly formed in Suwon, the seat of the Gyeonggi Provincial Office.
